Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of JFitGo. By registering or using the application you accept what is described here. If you do not agree with any of the points, we ask you not to use the service.

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the JFitGo mobile application and website (hereinafter, 'the Platform'). Registration, access, or use of the Platform implies express acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the service.

2. Owner

JFitGo is a registered national trademark owned by John Almaraz. Official website: jfitgo.com. Contact: support@jfitgo.com.

3. Registration and User Account

To use JFitGo you must create an account providing email, name, surname, and username. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, as well as for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any activity performed from your account is presumed to have been carried out by you.

4. Service Offered, Subscription, and Right of Withdrawal

JFitGo offers periodized training programs, session tracking, progression metrics, and PDF reports through its mobile application. New users receive a 10-day free trial with full access to all Pro features, no credit card required. JFitGo Pro is a paid subscription available in two automatically renewing cycles: monthly (€29.99/month) or semiannual (€134.99 every 6 months); prices may vary by country as set by the App Store or Google Play. Billing is managed exclusively through the user's Apple App Store or Google Play account — JFitGo does not process or store payment card data directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through App Store or Google Play account settings. We reserve the right to modify pricing or available plans, and will notify users with reasonable advance notice before any such change takes effect. Right of Withdrawal: under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), consumers have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from a digital service contract without justification. However, pursuant to Article 103(a) of the LGDCU, by starting your paid subscription you expressly request immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that once the service has begun, the right of withdrawal is waived for the portion of the service already rendered. The 10-day free trial is offered precisely so that you may evaluate the service in full before any charge applies. For refund requests on App Store or Google Play purchases, contact Apple or Google directly, as they are the entities responsible for payment processing.

5. Intellectual Property

All training programs, graphics, texts, interface, and materials on the Platform are original works of JFitGo, designed on the scientific principles of progressive overload and supercompensation, and are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation. Copying, distributing, modifying, reselling, or creating derivative works from this content without express written authorization is not permitted.

6. Permitted Use of Content

You may freely share on social media the achievement images (PRs, session summaries) that the app generates automatically. The final PDF reports of each program contain personal information (name, progression, training data) and are intended for private use — we recommend not sharing them publicly to protect your own privacy.

7. User Conduct

By using JFitGo you agree to: (a) use the Platform lawfully and respectfully; (b) not engage in reverse engineering, scraping, security attacks, fraudulent use, or unauthorized automation; (c) not create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations; (d) not impersonate other people. Breach of these conditions may result in the suspension or deletion of your account, without prior notice and without right to compensation.

8. Health and User Responsibility

JFitGo offers physical training programs for informational and educational purposes. By using the app you declare to be in adequate physical and health condition to practice exercise. If you have any pathology, injury, medical condition, or doubts about your physical fitness, you must consult a healthcare professional before starting any program. JFitGo does not replace professional medical advice and is not responsible for injuries, ailments, or consequences derived from the use of the content. Results may vary according to individual factors such as consistency, genetics, nutrition, and health condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

JFitGo takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Platform, but does not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JFitGo is not responsible for: (a) damages arising from the use or inability to use the app; (b) data loss caused by failures of the user's device; (c) incorrect interpretation, application, or execution of the content by the user.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary due to legal, technical, or service changes. We will publish the current version in the app and on the website, indicating the date of the last update. Continued use of the Platform after an update implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations. For any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, the parties shall submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals under current legislation.
